Atlanta-based Billy Mitchell oversees one of Triserv’s bicoastal customer service teams. He has been in the appraisal industry for 16 years, ten as a licensed appraiser and six in his current role at Triserv. When asked about his job, he says, “Triserv has a great company culture and I enjoy working with my coworkers, being part of a great team, and having the opportunity to grow and learn every day. I’m motivated to build trust with our customers so they see me as someone knowledgeable and responsive; hopefully I become their ‘go to’ for solutions to their problems. I also love working with our team to come up with ways to better serve our clients through creative ideas, and refining and improving what we do.”
Billy’s team includes four Customer Service Specialists. Billy reports, “Overall, we have a great team with a lot of experience. They’re all fun to work with and I consider them all to be more like family than just friends or coworkers. I look forward to working with them for years to come!” He describes each team member:
Rita Hill worked at another AMC before coming to Triserv and we have now been working together for about four years. Rita lives in Southern California, so that gives our team extended business hours. She handles all types of customer service issues and is very friendly, reliable, and a hard worker who rarely makes a mistake. Our customers are always in good hands with her.
Lynn Mandronico lives in San Diego and worked with Rita at another AMC before coming to Triserv, so they are longtime friends. Tricia Lynn and I have worked together on Team 2 for about three years now. Tricia helps assign new orders, sends out rush quotes, and also manages several clients. She is very conscientious and takes great care of our customers so we are lucky to have her.
Pam Richardson is newer to our team and has been a great addition. She lives in Seattle and handles customer service issues for our team. She helps push orders through the process from being accepted until they are delivered. She is a hard worker, very reliable, and has a great sense of humor, which keeps the team in good spirits.
Megan Cerino lives in Virginia Beach and is new to our team. She has been handling the incoming communications from clients and appraisers for our team. She is lightning fast and everyone on our team has been impressed with her. We are grateful to have her! She likes to have fun while she works and has a quick wit, so she makes us all laugh, which is great in this “rush, rush” business.
Outside of work, Billy has a girlfriend, Jessica, that he’s been with for 12 years, as well as a 15-year old Labrador Retriever named Poncey. He enjoys being outdoors, traveling, hiking, camping, gardening, and tennis. He also loves family time, including playing with his nieces and nephews.
In the future, Billy’s goal is to continue to help Triserv grow and become more of a mentor to the newer members of his team. He says, “I had some inspirational managers who taught me the appraisal management business that I really admire. I would love to manage a bigger team as we grow!”
